In school, I noticed students who blurted out answers, constantly forgot homework, missed application deadlines or put off studying for exams. While working, I saw clients who never organized their financial records, neglected to file tax returns or forgot to pay their bills on time.
After researching ADHD, executive function and learning differences, I realized that many of the people who had passed through my life experienced similar challenges, affecting their school life and their adult life as well.
As a life coach, I am passionate about helping clients manage their lives better so that they can experience more success and less stress and frustration.
I have been coaching over 10 years. I coach both ADHD and non-ADHD college and postgraduate students, e.g., law, medical, PhD, MBA students, etc., and adults including executives, entrepreneurs and other professionals.
